Overview

With a sportsYou Pro subscription, you get access to Priority Support, a faster, more personalized support experience. This includes direct chat access to our team through Intercom and quicker response times for your questions or issues.

This article explains how to access and use Priority Support.


How to Access Premium Support

1. Open the sportsYou App

Ensure you’re logged in to your account that is subscribed to sportsYou Pro and running the latest app version.

2. Go to the Side Menu

  • Tap the ☰ Menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen

  • Scroll to the “Premium Support” section

3. Tap “Premium Support”

  • If you’re a Pro user, this menu item now opens Intercom chat directly

  • You’ll be connected with a member of our support team for real-time help during office hours. Office hours are weekdays from 9 am - 5 pm.


What to Expect

  • Faster Response Times: Pro users are prioritized in the queue

  • Live Chat Support: Get help directly within the app

  • Follow-Up Support: If your issue needs further investigation, our team will follow up by email or within the app

  • Urgent requests from Pro users will still receive a response outside of office hours. Just send your message and we’ll follow up as soon as possible.


Visual Indicator (Pro Badge)

When you’re a Pro user:

  • A Pro badge will display on your profile and avatar

  • This helps our team instantly recognize you as a priority user


FAQs

Q: Can non-Pro users access Premium Support?

No. Non-Pro users can still reach out via the regular Help Center, email, or support channel, but chat-based Premium Support is exclusive to Pro users.

Q: What if I tap Support as a non-Pro user?

You’ll be taken to a Pro plan paywall where you can review the features and choose to subscribe.

Q: Where can I view my past support chats?

All your support conversations stay in your Intercom chat history; you can view them anytime from the same Support menu.

Q: When is Premium Support available?

Our standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET, but urgent requests from Pro users will still receive a response outside of office hours. Just send your message and we’ll follow up as soon as possible.
