Subscribing to sportsYou Pro gives you access to premium features like chat message scheduling, advanced calendar views, and priority support. This guide walks you through how to upgrade from a free account to sportsYou Pro directly in the app.
Steps to Subscribe
1. Open the sportsYou App
Make sure you’re using the latest version on iOS or Android.
Note: sportsYou Pro is not accessible on devices running iOS 15 or iOS 16. Please update to iOS 17 or later to use Pro features.
2. Look for a Pro Icon or Prompt
You can start the subscription process from any of these spots:
Tap the “Time To Go Pro” badge in the Home Feed
Tap a greyed-out calendar view (Detail View, Week View, etc.)
Tap the Schedule Message icon in Chat
Tap the “Premium Support” menu item in the side navigation
Tap the Pro badge on your Profile Screen
Each of these opens a subscription paywall screen.
3. Review the Pro Plan Offering
You’ll see a summary of what’s included in the Pro plan:
Schedule chat messages
Unlock all calendar views and filters
Access premium customer support
Pro badges on your profile and avatar
4. Tap “Subscribe” or “Continue”
You’ll be redirected to your device’s app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) to confirm the subscription.
5. Confirm Your Payment
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment securely via your device’s app store account.
6. You’re In!
After subscribing:
All Pro icons become fully functional
You’ll see a Pro badge on your profile
You’ll have instant access to new features
