How to Download Media with sportsYou Pro
Overview
Pro Media lets sportsYou Pro users download all images and videos from a post directly to their device. This is helpful when you want to save team photos, videos, or other media shared in a post.
The Download button appears on posts that include media. If a post does not include any images or videos, the Download button will not appear.
How to download media from a post
Open the sportsYou app.
Go to the post that includes the images or videos you want to save.
Tap “Download” on the post.
Wait while the media downloads.
Once the download is complete, you will see a “Media downloaded” confirmation message.
Open your device’s camera roll or gallery to view the saved media.
What happens during the download
After you tap “Download,” sportsYou will show a full-screen progress overlay.
During this process, you will see:
A “Media downloading…” message
A progress bar showing download progress
A “Cancel” button if you want to stop the download
When the download is complete, the overlay will close, and the post will return to its normal view.

Why don’t I see the Download button?
The Download button only appears on posts that include images or videos. If the post does not include media, the button will not be shown.
Where are downloaded files saved?
