Dark Mode
Overview
Dark Mode is a sportsYou Pro feature that lets you customize the appearance of the app. You can choose between Light Mode, Dark Mode, or have the app automatically match your device's system setting.
Requirements
Dark Mode is available exclusively to sportsYou Pro subscribers. You must have an active sportsYou Pro subscription to access this feature.
If you do not have sportsYou Pro, the Dark Mode toggle will not appear in your side navigation.

How to Switch Between Light and Dark Mode
Open the sportsYou app.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the side navigation.
At the top of the side nav, locate the appearance toggle. It displays three options:
☀️ Light — Sets the app to Light Mode.
🌙 Dark — Sets the app to Dark Mode.
◑ System — Automatically matches your device's current Light or Dark system setting.
Tap your preferred option. The app appearance will update immediately.
FAQs
Why don't I see the Dark Mode toggle?
The Dark Mode toggle is only visible to sportsYou Pro subscribers. If you do not have an active Pro subscription, the toggle will not appear in your side navigation.
What does the System option do?
Selecting System means the app will automatically follow your device's appearance setting. If your device is set to Dark Mode, the app will display in Dark Mode. If your device switches to Light Mode, the app will switch as well.
Does Dark Mode affect the entire app?
Yes. Dark Mode applies to the full sportsYou app experience, including navigation, feeds, calendar, chat, and more.
Will my Dark Mode preference be saved?
Yes. Your selected appearance preference is saved to your account, so it will stay consistent across devices and sessions.
