Learn about the default settings of both.

Teams

  1. Admins have to approve posts to the team by default. The admin can adjust these settings.

  2. Only admins can start a Team Chat, and members can't message each other individually.

  3. Members of a team are labeled Coaches, Players, and Family.4. Schedules and communications are siloed between teams.

Groups

  1. Groups do not have an Approval Process by default. The admin can adjust these settings.

  2. Anyone can start a Group Chat, and Members can message each other individually.

  3. All members are labeled Members.

TIP: Default settings for Teams and Groups can be updated in the team or group settings. To create a new team or group, click the blue (+) button next to "My Teams" or "My Groups" and follow the prompts to set up and customize your settings.
