In the column to the left select the Team/Group you wish to Leave

Click the Gear Icon (all the way right of the media tab) 

Select Leave Team

In the bottom tray, tap Teams/Groups

Select the team you want to leave

Tap the Gear Icon (located in the top right corner)

Scroll to the bottom and tap Leave Team
