Not receiving alerts

How to troubleshoot common notification & alert issues.

If you are not receiving sportsYou notifications for certain features:

sportsYou alerts might be altered

There are two ways to fix notifications on your mobile device: one is through settings in sportsYou, and the other is to go to the Settings app on your mobile device.

Here’s what to do:

  1. In sportsYou, go to Account Settings > Notification Settings.

  2. Toggle On or OFF depending on the types you would like to receive.

  3. Select the features you would like to be alerted for.

  4. Restart your app.

Still not receiving alerts...

Try logging out of your account, then removing it and reinstalling it. This usually works, and you will still have access to all your teams and groups as long as you log in using the same username and password.
