Changing Your Role on the APP and WEB

At times, you may need to switch your role associated with a team or group in our APP or WEB platform. Here are the steps you’ll need to take to complete this process.

To change your role in the app, follow these steps:

Select Teams/Groups > select members, located under the team banner photo > tap the Three Dots next to your name > select Change Team Role.

To change your role on the web platform, follow these steps:

Go to your Team/Group page > select Members, located under the team banner photo > Next to your name will be Six Dots, select that and drag to the role you wish to be in.
