Team and group admins can remove members at any time, for example when an athlete leaves the program or someone joined by mistake. Only admins can remove members. These steps work on both the app and the website.
To remove a member
Select your team or group.
Select the Members tab, under the banner photo.
Select the three dots to the right of the member's name.
Select Remove.
If your team has more than 600 members
Once a team or group passes 600 members, the full members list is hidden. This keeps the app running smoothly. You can still remove anyone by searching for them.
Select the Members tab.
Type the member's name in the search bar. Start typing their first or last name.
Select the three dots next to their name, then select Remove.
If you don't know who to remove
If you need to clean up a large team and don't have specific names, search one letter at a time:
Type a single letter, like "A", in the search bar. This shows members whose names start with that letter.
Look through the results and remove anyone who's no longer part of the team.
Repeat with each letter of the alphabet until you've covered everyone.
Once the team drops below 600 members, the full members list comes back on its own.
