Can a chat be deleted?
Chat conversations in your app can be deleted. However, individual chat messages within a chat cannot be deleted.
How do I delete a chat?
To delete an entire chat conversation, you must have administrative rights. Follow the steps below to delete a chat conversation:
Open the chat
Select the gear icon
Delete Chat
