Yes, users have the ability to customize their notification by team or feature.
To make changes to your notifications depending on the platform you’re using:

In the top right, click user name then click Notification Settings.
Select the settings for each team or group that suits you best.
TIP: If you are a part of multiple Teams and Groups, you can customize alerts for each.
APP:
In the bottom tray, tap Alerts.
In the top right, tap the gear icon.
Select the settings for each team or group that suits you best.
