In left column, next to My Teams/My Groups click the "Create" link to create a team or group.
TIP: To save time, you can create multiple teams and groups at once. Next to My Teams/My Groups click the "Create" link, then click “create multiple teams/groups”.
APP
In bottom tray, tap Teams.
Tap floating blue (+) button.
Tap Create Team or Create Group.
