In left column, near the top click Folders.

To left of a folder, click arrow.

Mouse over a file and select the Share button.

In top left, tap triple bar button.

Tap Folders.

Tap a folder.

To the right of  a file, tap more button (…).

Select Share.

Select one of the sharing options.
