Don't see your Teams or Groups? You may have created two accounts.

Here's how to get things back to normal

  1. If you think you signed up with your phone number, try logging in with your phone number on the app or website.

  2. If that doesn't work, try using a secondary email that you use frequently.

  3. If that still doesn't get you in, please reach out to our support team, and we'll help you get it sorted out for you ASAP during regular business hours (M-F 9 AM to 5 PM EST)

TIP: If you have signed up with Google or use a Google email, you can select "Continue with Google" to log into sportsYou without using a sportsYou password.

TIP: We are not able to merge accounts, so we recommend choosing the account that has the majority of your Teams/Groups (let's call this A). Get the team codes to join any teams that are missing by logging into your other account (let's call this B). Once A is on those teams, log into B, assign A admin rights, and delete account B.
