Here's how to get things back to normal
- If you think you signed up with your phone number, try logging in with your phone number on the app or website.
- If that doesn't work, try using a secondary email that you use frequently.
- If that still doesn't get you in, please reach out to our support team, and we'll help you get it sorted out for you ASAP during regular business hours (M-F 9 AM to 5 PM EST)
TIP: If you have signed up with Google or use a Google email, you can select "Continue with Google" to log into sportsYou without using a sportsYou password.
TIP: We are not able to merge accounts, so we recommend choosing the account that has the majority of your Teams/Groups (let's call this A). Get the team codes to join any teams that are missing by logging into your other account (let's call this B). Once A is on those teams, log into B, assign A admin rights, and delete account B.
